Great experience at Warehouse Direct Flooring! They donated materials to our school to help with our theater program at AFE. Nice staff, quick response, very efficient. Highly recommended.

I was remodeling my parent's house and had 3 installers bid on the laminate flooring and installation. Tim, who gave us our quote, was in constant communication. We added an entryway at the last minute and he happily added the update. They did a great job and were $1,000 less than the 2nd lowest bid and included more. Thank you!

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. They replaced all the flooring in my house and it's wonderful. Friends who have seen the 'before and after' we're blown away.

We cannot say enough nice things about Lou Versman and Warehouse Direct. I cannot imaging how the removal of our carpet and replacing it with laminate flooring could have been done any smoother than it was. Warehouse Direct handled every detail: removed the carpet, moved the furniture, dealt with every little issue that arose - just the absolute best service imaginable. Highly recommend! They did our consultation the next day and our carpet was installed 2 days later. Incredibly fast, very easy to communicate with, the carpet is soft and barely has any new carpet smell. Dan was super kind and helpful and a pleasure to work with:)

I dreaded getting new carpet, though it was obviously time to, because it seemed such a huge task to move all my belongings including multiple bookshelves. But Lou & Dan & the installers Antonio & Marco made it happen. As Antonio said, "sometimes we make miracles." And they did.

Jonah was very helpful when I was looking to install new vinyl planks at my restaurant! He was very thorough explaining me the details among different types of vinyl planks. Was very flexible with schedule too. The two gentlemen that installed vinyl planks were very knowledgeable and able to get the work done much quicker than expected timeline 🙂

Warehouse Direct is exceptional! High quality, great service, you name it. Most important, however, is Lou and his crew's contribution to the community. For nearly 20 years, they've donated carpets and flooring for Jacob's Heart and are now donating carpet to the Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health. All to help youth-serving nonprofits cut down on "overhead" costs so we can do what we do best, help children and families. There are no words to thank them.
