These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of wdinteriors.com (the "Site"), operated by Warehouse Direct Flooring Outlet ("Warehouse Direct," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our products and services, request estimates, build a quote list, use our design tools, and contact us. You agree not to:

- Submit false information or requests on behalf of someone else without their permission
- Send spam, harmful code, or automated requests to the Site, its forms, or its chat
- Copy, scrape, or collect content or data from the Site using automated tools

Product Information, Pricing, and Availability
We work to keep product information on the Site accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every description, specification, price, or image is complete, current, or error-free.
- Colors and appearance: Colors and textures vary between screens, photos, and product lots. Flooring is often a natural or manufactured material with natural variation. Please view samples in person or in your home before making a decision.
- Prices and availability: Prices, specials, and in-stock items shown on the Site can change without notice and may differ from showroom pricing. We are not bound by pricing or typographical errors.
- Promotions and price guarantees: Any special offer, promotion, or price guarantee is subject to its stated conditions and to confirmation in your written estimate.
Estimates, Quotes, and Design Tools
A quote list or estimate request submitted through the Site is a request for information, not an order or a contract. Final pricing, quantities, and scope of work are set only in a written estimate or agreement after we measure your space.
Our Room Measurement Tool and the Roomvo product visualizer are for planning and inspiration only. Measurements and images from these tools are approximate and are not a substitute for our in-home measurement.
Installation and Services
All flooring sales and installation work are governed by the written estimate, contract, and warranty terms you receive from us for your project. If those documents conflict with these Terms, those documents control for your project.
Communications
When you submit a form, start a chat, or otherwise contact us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your request and your project. We may also send you marketing emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
Our live chat is provided by tawk.to. By starting a chat, you understand and agree that your chat messages are recorded and stored by our chat provider so our staff can read and respond to them, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Information and Content You Submit
When you send us photos, project details, reviews, or other content through the Site, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use that content to respond to you, prepare your estimate, and provide our services. If you submit a review or testimonial, you allow us to display it on the Site and in our marketing, which may include your first name and last initial.
Our Content and Trademarks
The Site's text, photos, graphics, logos, and design belong to Warehouse Direct or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content for any other purpose without our written permission.
Brand names and logos of the flooring manufacturers we carry belong to their respective owners. Showing them on the Site does not mean those companies endorse us or the Site.

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Cruz County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes apply from the date they are posted. Your continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
Other Terms
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any written estimate or contract for your project are the full agreement between you and us about the Site.
